Authorized Distributors of Record

On June 9, 2006, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued new regulations to strengthen protections against the problem of counterfeit drugs. These new regulations require, among other things, manufacturers to specifically designate in a written agreement whether a distributor is authorized to distribute the manufacturer’s products.

The companies listed below are Authorized Distributors of Record for Midlothian Laboratories. This identifies that we have an “ongoing relationship” with these distributors and therefore are not required to supply pedigree information for drugs. These distributors are authorized to distribute our full line of products unless specified otherwise.
